5.0 out of 5 stars A wonderful book

There is little I can find to add to the previous review - this really is the best amphibian book I have ever seen, and really sets the standard for other works to aspire to. Everything about it is superb - the clear but succinct text, the excellent illustrations, and the attention to detail in including a CD of frog calls. Simply a wonderful, wonderful field guide. I would give it 6 stars if I could!

5.0 out of 5 stars Erstklassig, aber ein richtiger Brocken

In the Okavanga delta there are some cryptic frogs which this book identifies with clarity.

Not had a chance to read through it all yet, but it looks really detailed and jam packed with information about amphibians, the CD with the different frog and toad calls was a really awesome touch.
